Jasmine's favorite hobbies are reading a good book and traveling. She enjoys getting into nature and hiking across the country in America's beautiful national parks! The satisfaction of reaching her destination after a long hike, with gorgeous views and serenity, provides her a calming feeling that is hard to replicate off the trails! She enjoys spending time at home with her husband and dog.

Jasmine enjoys working with children and adolescents of all ages.  She believes all children should have the self confidence and empowerment to be themselves. She encourages individuals to think outside of the box and be creative, especially as it pertains to any challenges they may be facing. Children are the future and every child deserves to have the tools they need to be successful and maximize their potential and opportunities.

Jasmine is a graduate of West Virginia University, and has worked with children and adolescents in their outpatient therapy clinics. She was often leading individual sessions and running groups while creating a safe environment to share and grow in. She takes pride in providing a safe environment where no judgments are made. Jasmine's goal is to have clients leave with the feeling of confidence and satisfaction they need to succeed in their everyday lives. Jasmine is dedicated to watching her clients grow after each session they have together.

Jasmine enjoys creating an interactive, therapeutic environment, helping to practice skills that transcend each session. She utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy techniques while placing an emphasis on practicing from a Person-Centered foundation.
